Course Refund Policy

The refund amount that you are eligible for is determined by, and in direct accordance with, the regulations set forth by the Pennsylvania State Board of Education. The refund amount is based upon the total cost of the course and the premise that you owe the balance in full as of the first day of the course’s scheduled start date, as filled out on the Enrollment Agreement.

1. A refund of one-hundred percent, fifty percent, or zero percent will be awarded based on when a student submits the student Withdraw Form to the Admissions and Registrar Coordinator, see Admissions and Registrar Coordinator for the form.

2. The student is responsible to fill out the Withdraw Form and hand it to the Admissions and Registrar Coordinator.

3. Students are considered active, and are obligated to pay the full amount of their Tuition Invoice, until the Withdraw Form has been submitted.

4. Withdrawing within or before the first three scheduled days of the course, and you will receive a 100% refund.

5. Withdrawing between the fourth and sixth scheduled days of the course and you will receive a 50% refund.

6. Withdrawing on the seventh scheduled course day or later and you are not eligible for a refund.

7. Students terminated by the school are responsible for tuition and fees as described under Course Refund Policy and Past Due obligations.

Procedure for Student Cancellation or Termination

1. It is the student’s responsibility to go to the Admissions and Registrar Coordinator to get a Student Withdraw Form, fill it out to completion and return it.

2. Students are considered active until the Student Withdraw Form has been submitted to the Admissions and Registrar Coordinator.

3. Students are responsible for all tuition as described by the Course Refund Policy until Withdraw form is submitted and in accordance with the Course Refund Policy.

4. Students terminated by the ASC will receive a refund as described by the Course Refund Policy.
