Termination, Cancellation and Refunds
The refund amount that you are eligible for is determined by, and in direct accordance with, the regulations set forth by the Pennsylvania State Board of Education. Additionally, the refund amount is based upon the total cost of the course and the premise that you owe the balance in full as of the first day of the course’s scheduled start date, as filled out on the Enrollment Agreement.
- A refund of one-hundred percent, fifty percent, or zero percent will be awarded based on when a student submits their Withdraw Form.
- Students must fill out the Withdraw Form & hand it to the Admissions Coordinator. Students will be considered active, and are obligated to pay the full amount of their tuition, until the Withdraw Form has been submitted.
- Withdrawing (terminating/cancelling enrollment) within the first three scheduled days of the course, and a student will receive a 100% tuition refund.
- Withdrawing between the fourth and sixth scheduled days of the course and students will receive a 50% tuition refund.
- Withdrawing on the seventh scheduled course day or later and students are not eligible for a refund.
