    Student Conduct

Students are expected to behave in a professional manner. The instructor has the right to ask a student to leave the class should they deem that student’s behavior nacceptable. A second offense will result in a student’s immediate dismissal from the class. In addition, it is unlawful and prohibited to manufacture, distribute, dispense, possess or use a controlled substance or alcoholic beverage. Possession, use, sale, or transfer of a weapon is prohibited. Anyone found engaging in these activities will be terminated from their program. Due to the nature of the ASC’s programs, as a condition of enrollment into some programs, students will be required to submit to a drug-screening test or to have adequate employer evidence of such a test; and be considered “drug-free.” There is a strict No Smoking policy enforced inside the building.
