Medical & Military Leave

Medical and Military leave must be cleared by the Director of
Education and a Student Withdraw Form must be filled out and
returned to the Admissions and Registrar Coordinator.

A copy of Military orders, or Medical explanation must accompany the
Student Withdraw Form.
