    Personal and Military Leave
                                 

Medical (Personal) and Military leave must be cleared by the Director of Education and a Student Withdraw Form must be filled out and returned to the Admissions coordinator.

A copy of Military orders, or Medical explanation must be handed in with Student Withdraw Form.

Students are obligated for all student payments as dictated by their enrollment agreement and the Termination, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
