Grading, Progress Reports and Graduation
Students must show satisfactory progress throughout their program which is monitored in the form of progress reports. Progress Reports will be given at the 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% points of each program. Students must maintain the minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) to stay in good standing.
Required Grade Point Averages:
25% point = 1.0 GPA 50% Point = 1.5 GPA
75% point = 2.0 GPA 100% Point = 2.0 GPA

Anyone below these standards will be placed on academic probation and must increase their GPA to acceptable levels by the next reporting period. Failure to do so will result in academic expulsion.

Students with an incomplete have 4 weeks to finish all course work; else the incomplete becomes a Failure.

Retake: Students may retake a course.

Students must have a 2.0 GPA to graduate.
5.
Students must finish their program within 150% of the programs original start date.
*As defined by number of months multiplied by 150%.
*Example: 9 months X 150% = 13.5 months.
Academic Probation
Any student who does not achieve minimum academic standards at the school’s reporting periods is placed on Academic probation.150% of the programs original start date.
Academic Expulsion
Any student who does not achieve minimum academic GPA standards for two consecutive reporting periods in withdrawn from the program. Also, any student who does not graduate within 150% of their programs original start date is withdrawn from the program.
Course Retake
Students have two Retakes available to them to improve their academic standing. Two Retakes may be used on one course. A Retake grade will erase the original grade. Students are still required to graduate within 150% of programs start date. Additional tuition fees will be charged for every Retake.
