Individual calendars are approved when the Enrollment Agreement is signed. Teaching Days May Be Added to the Calendar when Classes Have Been Cancelled Due To Inclement Weather. The ASC is closed on the following holidays: New Years Day (Jan 1st), Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Jan 21), Memorial Day (May 26), Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day (Sept 1), Thanksgiving Holiday (Nov 27) and Christmas Eve and Day (Dec 24-25). Students are responcible for withdraw dates based on their enrollment agreement as dates vary by student due to rolling calendars. Graduation days are scheduled no later than four weeks prior to a student completing a program.
