| Description (Manufacturing Accelerated Training) Manufacturing Accelerated Training teaches the Cutting and Gouging process for oxy-acetylene, and air carbon arc gouging and the Shielded Metal Arc Welding skills in Stick Welding theory and technology. The program teaches the Gas Metal and Flux-Cored Arc Welding theory relating to process, equipment, variables, filler metal classifications, including electro transfer techniques. The program also reviews Flux-Cored and MIG procedures. Through hands on instruction course work covers Gas Tungsten Arc Welding processes in TIG welding technology and theory relating to process equipment variables, filler metal classification, including electrical power sources, discontinuities, and dissimilar metal welding associated with TIG. |
