Privacy Policy and Practices (ASLC - Legal Name, ASC - D.B.A.)

Never discuss anything about a student, or prospective student, outside of the ASLC with anyone, for any reason unless there is a signed release of information form on file. The ASLC collects certain “nonpublic personal information” about our students and prospects in order to conduct business. It is a top priority of the ASLC to protect nonpublic information, and we will not sell or disclose this information to anyone other than to conduct business on the student’s behalf. You personally, and the ASLC, can be held legally liable for information disclosed to anyone outside of the ASLC without express permission. Disclosure of such information without express permission will result in termination.

Security policies and procedures are in place to protect information at all levels of the organization. Every employee is expected to comply and suspected breaches of these security protocols should be reported to the ASLC President.
