The William F. Goodling Regional Advanced Skills Center (ASC) provides industry-led education to incumbent workers in south central Pennsylvania. One of the ASC’s goals is to assist with the shortage of qualified training for companies, and incumbent training factors directly into that mission. It is with that desire that the ASC developed their Customized Services Department for Welding.

Regional companies may request consultation and training modules for their current staff and employees. The ASC wants to assist organizations to develop staffing and training plans to address "baby boomer" retirements. By providing a comprehensive portfolio of training products and services that goal can be achieved.
