In partnership with CATI (Center for Advanced Technology and Innovation), and the York County KIZ, the William F. Goodling Regional Advanced Skills Center (ASC) is developing a unique technology transfer model designed to leverage private industry intellectual property by acquiring late-stage technologies via out-licensing, joint venture, or donation, and matching those with the strategic strengths of the regional economy.

This initiative is in development stages, but the ASC looks forward to creating unique synergies between private companies, state organizations, and Academic Institutitons that strengthen the know how of Pennsylvania.
