Overview
The William F. Goodling Regional Advanced Skills Center (ASC) welcomes prospective applicants who are seeking educational opportunities in one of the six programs offered. The ASC admits students of any race/color, sex, creed, marital status, national origin, age and disability to all rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. The school does not discriminate on the basis of race/color, sex, creed, marital status, national origin, age or disability in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and other school administered activities. All applicants must be high school graduates or have earned a General Education Development Certificate (GED), or qualify for early admission of non diploma students and be at least 17 years of age.
Process
To apply for admission, applicants should contact the Director of Education to request program information and take a tour of the school facilities. Once the applicant has made a decision to apply for admission the applicant must complete an enrollment agreement; submit a copy of a high school diploma or transcript, or a copy of the GED Certificate, or submit materials for non degree admission. Candidates will confirm they have already received a catalog or will receive one upon signing the enrollment agreement. Students must verify they have basic math and reading skills by taking the Wonderlic Basic Skills Test, offered at the ASC. The Admissions Coordinator will review the enrollment agreement and notify the applicant in the status of the agreement.
